KV Abdul Azeez is the Chairman and Managing Director of Skyline Builders and a well-renowned name in the real estate and building industry. Under his leadership, Skyline Builders has risen to become one of the most trusted and largest home builders across Kerala, while also marking its international presence with two well-received projects in Dubai. Over the years, since its establishment in 1989, Mr. Azeez has sculpted Skyline Builders into a brand that symbolizes quality, innovation, and safety.

Mr. Azeez is known for his hands-on leadership, a grounded personality, and being a savant of the sector, enabling him to head the CREDAI Kerala from 2009 to 2013. His commitment to the real estate industry has earned him the prestigious ‘Kerala Realty Icon Award’, and he continues to work with the same drive. Mr. Azeez’s passion and vision have truly evolved the skylines of Kerala by building sustainable communities that bring joy to thousands and continue to inspire us with his endeavor.

Sahl Azeez, the Executive Director of Skyline Builders has a strong combination of technical and business acumen. With a master of science degree in construction administration from the University of Columbia, he has led high-performance teams to develop innovative solutions for complex projects. He has a key role in almost all departments of Skyline Builders. His areas of expertise include controlling projects with strict resource and risk management, cost control, and on-time completion of projects by managing quality, cost, and time.

Thomas Mathew, the senior vice president of operations has over 30 years of experience in real estate development. He has an in-depth understanding of the real estate sector of the country​ and is ​associated with Skyline Builders since its inception.​ ​He is an expert at analyzing new trends in the real estate industry and arrives at accurate conclusions. He has been instrumental in identifying and acquiring prime lands for projects thereby creating land banks for the company. ​Thomas​ Mathew possesses strong negotiation and organizational skills​ and​ utilizes his vast experience in situations requiring crisis management. His dexterity at liasoning in the business and administrative domains is a significant value addition to the company. He acts as the company's power of attorney and represents the company in various governmental organizations.
 

George K Antony, the Sr. Vice President (Engineering) of Skyline Builders, is a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India). He has more than 40 years of experience in prestigious highrise buildings, commercial, residential and infrastructural projects for multinational companies of high reputation in India & abroad. He leads the Engineering and Planning Department of Skyline Builders, besides helming the responsibility for formulating project proposals, design, and project execution. With extensive experience and expertise in Construction & Project Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Field Engineering, Project Safety/ OSHA compliance, structural detailing and verification, contracts management and negotiation, he delivers impeccable results and formulates a result-centric approach for the team. He has been instrumental in organizing a foolproof methodology to obtain the intended results. Above all, his visionary leadership has been decisive in administrative aspects, data-aided evaluation of performance, analysis of statistics, implementation of corrective measures and productive project management.

Jijo Alappat has over 29 years of experience in real estate development and construction with a special focus on finance and accounts. He also played a key role in the areas of company’s financial planning and budget management. He spearheads the Finance Department of Skyline Builders and advocates benchmarks for evaluating the financial and operating performance. He has put forth long-term financial objectives, financial strategies, policies and programs of the company. His deftness in contract negotiations and decisions in product investment makes him a unique player in this field. He monitors the cash flow of the company and custodian of securities and other valuable documents He analyzes the monthly operating results against the budget and evaluates the financial performance of the company. He is also instrumental in implementing company’s new financial policies that effectively accomplish the company’s goals. His goal is to guide the company towards profitability and long-term success.
